    On 8-15-23 I went to Jeff's Pipe and muffler in kingsport Tennessee with a concern on my jeep. He asked what I wanted to be fixed and I told him to fix what needed to be fixed for the engine light to go off. He replaced 2 catalytic converters, a left exhaust manifold , a resonator and an o2 sensor I provided. About a month later I noticed it was idling rough and had complaints of exhaust smell in the cab. I took it to them and they got defensive right off the bat. They said nothing was wrong and sent me on. Another month goes by and this time my jeep is struggling to run. I took it to a shop near me away from my home and he was shocked at what he found. The catalytic converters were not the same size, they were not welded properly , not even the same manufacturer or date. They also welded my o2 sensor in making it inoperable. The repair shop had to fix his mistake totaling ********* The jeep mechanic said his child could have welded better than what I paid for ** tried to get a refund from the original shop and he refuses to admit fault , although he even said the welding was bad .

    The business has refused to make it right so I am out ******** . The complaint was not resolved .
