    This is undoubtedly the most reputable medical practice where I have been a patient in my 40 plus years. From the providers being knowledgeable about my condition and the symptoms I experience, to friendliness/approachability of staff, and ease of getting appointments and making contact with providers, all I can say is, "Wow!" The only regret that I have is that I did not cross paths with these people sooner!

    I really debated on posting this review because this is a small business but I feel that others should know so that they can avoid the experience I had here. I scheduled an appointment for a “lip flip” because they were running a special and I had an event coming up so was looking forward to this appointment so I could notice the flip in pictures. I’ve had them several times before at a different business so I know for my body it takes 5-7 days to show up not the full 2 weeks. On day 6 I noticed no flip so thought I would call and double check and ask if they use the brand Botox (thinking maybe it was different and would take longer than what I usually get) which they do use Botox so I started questioning why mine hadn’t began working yet- the woman who answered had no idea and said someone else would call me although I called early in the day it wasn’t until the next day I heard from someone who wasn’t even the provider who performed it. It was some random person I didn’t know calling me (Although the provider replied rudely to a comment I posted via Facebook when someone asking for a suggestion on lip flips and I said not to go to performance medicine) So this made me feel my concern was swept under the rug and no concern at all to get back to me until it was convenient for them.
    When she called back she did offer for me to come in for a touch up but considering I know that it usually doesn’t do this for me I declined because I was concerned something was wrong with their product or it was watered down so I just took it a waste of money and won’t go back.
    And my last concern for this company is the treatment room I was in, had a glass jar filled to the top with needles just out in the room and I really felt that was a risk and they should be stored properly and out of sight.
