    I first contacted this company in mid-February 2023 to install new windows to a house that was gutted. Danny (the owner) was prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. Danny and I discussed the sizes of the windows and discuss the windows having to meet Tennessee Egress Codes since the house was considered new construction. Danny stated that he understood the law and that he had been in business for 23 years. Toward the end of the discussion, Danny gave me a quote and stated that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in and be ready to install. On March 11, 2023, I contacted both by phone call and text message, to follow-up on the status of the window, but he did not answer. On April 4, 2023, again, I contacted Danny to let him know that I have another company waiting to schedule after the window installation. Danny did not answer. I left a voicemail message. Again, I contacted Danny several more times, with no answer. Finally in May, Danny called me and apologizes stating he was out of town playing in a Softball Game and they are ready to install my windows. The company did a good installing the windows, however, the windows did not meet the Tennessee Egress code or were there window headers installed to meet code. I tried contacting Danny three times a week or more since April 26, 2023, to let him know that the windows did not pass code, but he hasn’t answered me or contacted me. Upon reading other reviews, seems like the business has gone downhill and I'm not the only one that they can't seem to complete the job for. Will be taking Danny and his company to court.
