    While visiting this arcade I was using the skee ball machine and the metal sign for the game fell, landing hard on my foot. I gently placed the fallen sign to the side. The employee working the counter came over and never asked if I was ok, just inquired about what happened, to which I explained thoroughly. The falling sign caused me pain to my right foot for about 20 minutes. While using the skee ball machine next to it, one of the balls rolled back down the skee track and fell out, slowly rolling about 1.5 feet from me. The arcade attendent then came over and exclaimed to me, "Please be careful with the skeeball machines!" She was disrespectful towards me and it caused a very unpleasent experience overall. Had the employee not been on her phone the entire visit, she might have witnessed what happened within our visit to the game room. I attempted to speak to the mananger about the issue stating what had happened and for the safety of the other and future visitors, as well as her employees inappropriate response, it shouldn't have happened. She was insincere and callus to my complaint. There was no offer to help alleviate the situation and no resolve was made.
    There were several games out of order, some taking tokens and not giving tickets owed. There was also a construction crew coming in and out of the building, with rooms obviously not in working condition, disheveled, with ill-placed machines blocking the entrance. This establishment was recommended to me. My expectations were not met, and I left dissapointed, injured, and disrespected.
    I spent a total of $40 for that experience, and would like a refund of half the total. After the sign incident, and the employees rash comment, it was upsetting, therefore I rushed to spend our remaining tokens so I could leave asap. Do better!
