So far I have received nothing but poor customer service. I have been advised of two separate dates that my vehicle repairs may be completed because it is a "Big Job". I have requested confirmation phone calls but have not received anything. When I get my car back I may update this review based on the body work that was completed.

Miss Yardley has received several texts , phone calls and in process photos from Hardin Valley Body Shop. Unfortunately with a 10000 dollar repair there can not be a definite completion date.Melissa Yardley

To Sonja or Mark whoever comment that is Mrs. not Miss. I received my car back today and as stated I may or may not have a different opinion. Turns out I don’t. Yes the body work looks good but it is too soon to tell if it will hold up. Customer Service still *****! I would not recommend if you are looking for Excellent, good or even fair Customer Service because you certainly will not find it at Hardin Valley Body Shop.
