    Took my vehicle in for body repair work on April 8, 2024. I was told by the estimator the work would take about 14 working days. I called around April 24 and was told it would be ready by Friday April 26, 2024. No notification call. I called again on Tuesday April 30, 2024 and was told it would be ready Friday May 3, 2024.
    I'm not happy that I was given one date, and then another completion date a week later.
    I would avoid this business as they aren't honest with customers.

    We here at Joe Neubert Collision Centers strive for excellence in collision repairs and customer service every day. We are very sorry that we have not met those expectations. Due to many unforeseen circumstances it is extremely difficult to give an exact completion date. We understand that giving a completion date is important for rental car arrangements or to make alternate transportation plans but any completion date is approximate. Also, please keep in mind these days are work days as we are not open on the weekends. Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience as we are working diligently to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you
