    Jul 2, 2024: I paid GNJ Auto $500 down payment for service on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
    -Paint Correction
    -Lifetime Ceramic Coating
    -Vinyl Chrome delete on side view mirrors, door handles, and window trim.

    Jul 15: dropped off vehicle for service.
    Jul 26: Picked up vehicle after work was completed. paid due balance of $1994.12.
    Jul 27: Found multiple issues with work performed and damage to vehicle:
    -"High Spots" on all body panels due to improper paint prep prior to ceramic coat application.
    -multiple areas where ceramic coating was not applied.
    -Vinyl poorly applied, multiple wrinkled areas, uncovered chrome, and touch up paint had been applied in multiple areas to hide mistakes.
    -both front doors damaged from door handle removal.
    Jul 27: I emailed GNJ with 18 pictures showing damage and poor quality of work. I stated that my desired settlement was to obtain estimates for repair and correction and that GNJ would cover repair cost.
    Jul 27: GNJ Co Owner *** ***** responded, asked when I could bring the vehicle in for them to correct the issues.
    Jul 27: I stated that I would bring in for them to observe the issues first hand but I would not allow them to perform any more work on the vehicle. I reiterated that another company will fix the issues and GNJ cover repair cost.
    Jul 28: I emailed *** ***** and requested call back to discuss resolution plan. No response.
    Jul 29: Called GNJ, no answer. Emailed *** ***** requesting call back. No response.
    Jul 30, called GNJ, no answer. Emailed *** ***** requesting call back. No response.
    Jul 31: emailed 2 repair quotes to *** *****. No response.
    Aug 4: Called GNJ, no answer.
    Jul 27, Aug 8 :Took vehicle to GNJ on 2 occasions, no mgmt. present. Employees observed and acknowledged damage and poor quality work. Was told I would get a phone call. Never received.
    Aug 8: Called GNJ, no answer.
    Aug 10: Emailed GNJ and notified I would pursue legal action if no response by COB. No response.

    Our position has not changed... Mr ****** accepted the job, signed the completed invoice acknowledging his satisfaction of the job. If there are issues, we stand ready to solve them. Any reasonable human being understands that if there are concerns, allow us to make any necessary corrections. Please call or text and let us know when you would like to bring your Jeep in.
