    ******* RV Repair replaced my awning, awning motor and wind sensor on my 2004 motorhome. After the repairs were made I was informed that the wind sensor still did not work. Mr. ******* explained that there was a problem with the data cable from the sensor to the control unit. I agreed to pay an additional $200.00 to replace the data cable. After 3 weeks of questioning when the parts were to arrive Mr. ******* rudely informed me that the data cable was no longer available and that he would refund the $80.00 that day (he would put a check in the mail that day, 10/28/22) and I was told to take my business elsewhere. I still have not seen that check but I have taken my business elsewhere. I want the $80.00 refund I was told I would receive.

    Refund has been processed. Customer has a bad habit of texting at 7am when my business hours are 9a-6p. Some parts for RVs have been taking 3-4 months to get but the customer is incredible impatient. He was advised that the awning was discontinued and I have spent hours trying to find an 80$ part. All I can say is good luck Sir. We honor all our refunds and I'm sorry it's not instant. Tennessee state law allows up to 30 days to process. It's been 2 weeks.

    On October 28,2022 I received a text message from Mr. ******* stating, and I quote, "I'll mail you a check today" end quote. As for the text at 7 in the morning this was the 4th text I had sent over a two week period along with 2 voice mails, of which none were answered. I want to know what was going on. I have been to Mr. *******'s place of business on several occasions between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM and was informed he had not come in yet. If the check was mailed on Oct. 28 why has it not arrived yet? It has been three weeks and still no check or response from Mr. *******. In his response to this complaint dated Nov. 14 he states that the refund has been processed. If so why has it not arrived a week later? All I asked for is a response to when I could expect to have him complete the repair I had already paid him for. All I got was for him to say take my business elsewhere. I will not accept any response until I am given my $80.00 refund that he has said was being sent and then told you has been processed, with no check to date.
