    I placed a pre-paid pre-order in February 2024 for some Wizard of Oz Funko Pops. They were advertised as including the sepia version of Dorothy. Come to find out that they never had that item available. When we inquired about it rather thank an apology the owner said they sent an email about the error, which they never did. So in turn they cancelled my order. Then when I emailed to ask why it was cancelled they just ignored me. Several weeks passed, I sent several emails and they were all unanswered. Finally yesterday I get an answer and they decided to cancel my other pending orders and block me.

    I placed an order for a funko pop and received an entirely different funko pop which is valued at much less than what I paid this vendor, and the box was damaged. I reached out to their customer service, **** sent me a return shipping label and I mailed the funko pop back with the label he provided, which was then returned right back to me. I reached out again and he sent me a different shipping label. He received the funko pop return yet will not refund my money. I just read the review below and it seems he's fully aware of customer complaints and still continues with the same actions with no recourse. This business gives small businesses a bad name and I will now stick to purchasing from Amazon or eBay thanks to him.

    I placed a pre-order with this company for FUNKO POPS and received the order a year later. I am quite aware of the global issues due to COVID, so I was patient with the wait time. When I received the POPS, the shipping box was not damaged and the pops were perfectly wrapped inside. However when I unwrapped one of the POPS (which was a chase that I paid for), it was damaged. I had several conversations with Mike via email and thought we came to a resolution. I called the store for a follow up conversation with Mike, was told he was busy and to hold on by the woman who answered, waited for him to pick up, and the phone just disconnected. I called back twice and got no answer at all. I then called back the 3rd time (from another phone #), call was immediately picked up (coincidence I'm sure) and was able to speak with someone else because Mike was still busy. I had a pleasant conversation with this person and he was to have Mike call me back. Instead of a call back, I got an email from Mike accusing me of calling his store and harassing his staff AND per a conversation with his attorney he was to no longer correspond with me. I guess this is how he gets out of having to replace/refund damaged merchandise. There was no harassment, however even if there was, Mike's attorney obviously failed to tell him that he is still responsible for the damaged merchandise. So, now I have to resort to filing disputes with the bank just to get this resolved. This is all about a $60 purchase. But for me, it's not about the money, it's about right and wrong. I have been in customer service businesses all of my life and have always done my best to please the customer. I would never have accused a customer of harassment for checking the status on an order and absolutely would never refuse to communicate back with the customer.
