  Quoted a price fir visit and bid $49
  No quote he fixed problem with a single washer said he would not warrant job. Than showed me a quote install a ficture for hundreds of dollars or pay him $200 for the washer he put in. I said take the washer out and I will give u the $49 . He called office more stuff he wanted to sell me. I handed him a ck $49 he said he would send me recite. Went to truck this went back and forth he had to get tools. He knocked on door again I didn't open. He called me I answered he said company wanted him to give me back the check .I said no keep the check we where done here. He wanted to come into my house again and talk I said no we where done here and I didn't care what he dud with the check. He said have a good day and drove off.
  I may have said see u in court if he was unhappy and that I would call the BBB. So I did.

  I do not recommend this company!
  All they want to do is sell you. Do not trust Vaughn. He came to my house to check on why we weren’t getting any hot water. Checked that the electric was working to the unit then proceeded to say to check the water heater , to find out what is wrong , it would cost $339.00 just to check it. This does not include repairs or parts. Then he said before even attempting to explain what he was going to do for $339 he said I can get you a brand new one for $2100. I explained my water heater was under warranty, why would I get a new one??? I told him no thank you and he could leave. I paid the $49 service visit fee. Called another company. They came out ,found that a fuse was blown in the heaters circuit box,, a fuse that costs $12!! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, especially Vaughn. He’s young, late 20s , smiles gives off that Southern Charm, well BLESS HIS HEART!!

  Our water bill was running higher than usual, and I discovered the float in our toilet tank was too high, allowing water to overflow into the toilet bowl. We paid Tennessee Standard $317.17 to replace the Flush Valve, Fill Valve, Tank Bolts Gasket, Chrome Toilet Handle, Supply Line. The technician was friendly, kept me informed on his progress, and flushed the toilet several times to test for leaks, which I observed first hand. But when I used the toilet myself later that day, one flush would not empty the bowl of 100% of contents. Toilet paper would not be pulled down with repeated flushes. I looked in tank, and water level was about half original level before repair. I called to ask for help, and they promised a tech would help me adjust the float level, to raise water level, and improve “pull down” of contents after one flush. I could not find any examples online on their brand of repair parts. It isn’t that hard to adjust a toilet kit, if it is a typical kit. But the new one just installed doesn’t look like anything sold in stores like Home Depot, or used by anyone with a “do it yourself” video on YouTube. I didn’t want to damage any parts, so I’ve been waiting on Tennessee Standard to make this right and help me adjust the float level. I shouldn’t have to contact them more than once to fix the toilet, especially so close to the day of repair. It should be an easy fix. I haven’t heard from them today. Poor customer service is not acceptable, resulting in this two star review.
  Just like the other consumer review here on the BBB site, the technician did the corporate spiel about water pressure, water quality, and installing a new toilet. All options were costly and labor intensive. I understand technicians are asked to generate more sales/business, but but it would be nice if we could stick with the facts and only repair the root cause of the problem. Our float was too high. We were wasting water. Now float is too low. We’re saving water now, but…

  This business is a joke. Called for them to come out because our water looked like creamed coffee. Additionally, we have a leak in our kitchen drain seeping down in our downstairs guest room.
  Upon arrival we pointed them to our well pump and water filtration tank in our garage. They spent about 10 minutes looking at it then told us they would “write up some options”. They sat out in the truck for another 10 minutes then came at us with some fast talking and “options” for a whole new filtration system ranging from 10-15 GRAND! Really?!! But, if we went with the “elite” package they’d throw in the leak repair for free. Really?!
  As for ANY repairs done with their $99 service call, they couldn’t even fix the leaking drain because they didn’t have their ladder with them and the filtration system was “old” and unserviceable. AGAIN, REALLY?! Our house was built in 2019. Crooks!
  That afternoon our well was checked and confirmed to have zero issues with water level or pump pressure.
  In the end we are simply resolving the issue by replacing the filtration systems tank for less than a grand.
  Don’t waste your time on this business if you want something plumbing related repaired. But hey, if you’re looking for nice business cards and pristine uniforms this business can deliver.
