    I’m making this complaint again the branch in Knoxville, Tennessee since there is not a BBB listing for them here. First complaint is I had them install all new windows in my house, the window in the kitchen did not come with the screen. After multiple calls asking to get it since the spring of this year I have not had one call back or any response to fix this issue. The second complaint is I also had them install a shower about 3 weeks ago, there is a water leak where it comes out of the wall but my biggest problem is the extremely weak water pressure. I made it well known that I don’t want weak pressure but that’s what I have. I had replaced the shower head about 6 months prior to the shower install and the pressure from the old shower head was way stronger

    On September *** 2022, I paid a deposit of $828.00 for new gutters from Wilkerson, a Southern Industries subsidiary which they deposited on ********** Wilkerson did not communicate back with me for weeks despite my frequent calls. They showed up at my door on September ***** The product that was going to be installed was not what I had agreed upon with the salesperson. When reviewing our contract, it was discovered that the contract did not specify the agreed upon gutters that I, the buyer, discussed with the sales person. I requested new gutters on front and back of the house. The front would have a shield, the back would not. The salesperson believed that he quoted only putting new gutters in front of house with a shield and nothing in back. The contract did not specify front or back or even square footage needed so we could not figure out what miscommunication occurred. It is now a he said, she said stand still between sales person/company and buyer. I asked to cancel order and requested my deposit of $828.00 returned. The company has not answered any further phone calls nor have they responded to my certified letter. I have repeatedly tried to contact the manager, Danny ****** but he has NEVER returned a phone call or left a message to either me nor my husband's multiple requests.

    I have been trying to get service for the last month. Bought windows and guttering with 25 year warranty against fading and chipping. Gutter was brown it is turning silver and im wanting to sell my house. Have talked to service department 3 times can't get no one to show up. Talked to a sales man and he said they need to replace it then hung up. I just want my gutter to look better and need arbitration. I paid $17,000 for windows and gutters in 2016. Please help get this resolved they will not send anyone to look at or help me and I have 25 year warranty.

    ********* was able to meet with Mr. ****** today. We apologized for the delay in short staff and ability to make a site visit sooner. The problem was identified as a manufacture's defect with the paint on the gutters. The manufacturer is scheduled to go next week to identify the concerns. Mr. ****** indicated he was satisfied with his visit today. As ********* intends to make sure all Mr. ******'s concerns are resolved.
