    On December 13, 2024 at 11am, aboard your cruise. While I had looked forward to a delightful meal, I encountered several issues.
    Menu Discrepancy: According to your website, the brunch is supposed to include specific items, such as Greek yogurt with honey, eggs casseroles (Florentine and Lorraine), bacon, chef's salad, roasted potatoes, roasted chicken, and an assortment of mini desserts.
    However, when I attended, the menu offered was significantly different: scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, and cookies.
    This was not in alignment with what was advertised on the website and I found the food options to be both fewer and less varied than what was on the website.
    Overcharge: The price listed on your website for the brunch is $45.95 plus fees and taxes. However, I was charged $57.30 for the meal. While I understand that taxes and fees are applicable, the meal I received was of lesser quality and variety than advertised. This price discrepancy, especially considering the reduced menu, feels unjustified.
    When I arrived, I was not informed by the staff that the menu had been altered due to a private party on the top floor. However, this change was not communicated to me at the time of booking, and I was not given the option to either proceed with the modified menu or not book it. I believe that had I known in advance about the reduced menu and higher price, I might have made a different decision.

    Customer is correct that it was a different menu than was posted online. However, this was a special event and had the customer made a reservation (which is required), she would have been told of this change. The was was actually 30 minutes longer than our normal brunch cruise, and we did not increase the price for that. Customer did pay $57 which is the same price that everyone else on the boat paid. The normal brunch cruise is $45.95 and there is a $4.50 service charge that each customer pays which is a built in gratuity. Plus a $2 port fee and tax. Customer did not pay any more than our stated price, which is posted online. Customer also got an additional 30 minutes cruise time. We are very sorry that the menu was slightly different, however the customer was told this during the cruise by our event coordinator and the customer seemed happy with what was told. We will reach out to the customer further.
