    The account was not billed for over two years, when we found out we verified the boxes stored could be shredded we paid the invoices up to date and asked to have the boxes shredded and proof of destruction sent. After 3 months the boxes still have not been destroyed.

    Vital Records was a company contracted to dispose of our shredding bin material. Since 2020 we encountered numerous issues with them picking up on their weekly scheduled days and regularly needing to call them to get them to come out. Then even though we had our company card on file for auto pay, we were continuously receiving late notices and charges. When that didn't resolve and they continued to not do their pickups as well, we cancelled their services. I have uploaded an exuberant amount of email documentation showing how horrible the service was. The current issue is that we discontinued service with this company back in November of 2022 and even paid until October and they continue to bill us. I have spoken to countless people/managers who say they will get it corrected but never do. We want to be free of any amount owed and any further communication from this company. They are ridiculous.
