    Buyers should be aware that this company does not disclose all their charges upfront before performing services. I was given an estimate to install a 110 outlet on our back patio. The estimate said labor would be $152/hour. It took them just under 2 hours to do the job. We were charged for 2 and a half hours labor. We tried to call to inquire why there was an extra 30 minutes labor charged. They said they would have manager call back but manager never did. I emailed the guy who had emailed me the estimate to inquire with him. He responded a day later saying that was for their travel time to our home. Travel time to our home was NOT in any way shape or form disclosed to us up front. Communication with this company is lacking and it takes days to get responses. We also were not happy with the type of outlet installed. They never showed and/or asked us what type of outlet they were installing. We used this company about 10 years ago to install electrical for our hot tub and we were very pleased with the work, communication and fairness of charges. That's why we called them this time. I can not say the same about them now. Don't know if it's new management or what but we will not use them again and do not recommend them.

    Lloyd’s has installed a home generator for me as well as a lot of lighting and electrical work on my home remodel. They are my go to for any electrical issues I run into.
