    Arsenal Strength Refused to Refund After Confirmed Cancellation

    On August 29, 2024, I placed an order with Arsenal Strength (Invoice #6684) totaling $8,210.11 for two machines: the M1 Selectorized Standing Calf Raise and the Reloaded Iso Incline Press.
    On January 16, 2025, I contacted Arsenal to cancel the calf raise machine due to an unexpected expense. Their sales representative, Gene Ray, confirmed the cancellation in writing the same day and stated, “GLAD TO DO IT. NO CHANGE IN THE DISCOUNT, YOU’RE GOOD.” I proceeded with the order for the chest press only.
    Since then, I have made repeated requests for the $3,999.00 refund. I’ve been told:
    • The refund was approved and being processed.
    • The accounting team and controller were handling it.
    • That a refund check was being mailed (although I never received it and no tracking was provided).
    Despite months of follow-up and written promises from multiple departments, no refund has ever arrived. The most recent email simply ignored the issue and tried to schedule shipping for the remaining equipment.
    This is not a misunderstanding—it is a pattern of false assurances and inaction. Arsenal Strength agreed to the cancellation, acknowledged the refund responsibility, and has failed to deliver after numerous professional follow-ups.
    I have retained all written documentation, including email confirmations of the cancellation, invoice details, refund promises, and ongoing correspondence.
    Desired Outcome:
    A full refund of $3,999.00 plus added shipping costs, for the canceled M1 Selectorized Standing Calf Raise.
