    If I could give this place a 0 or a no-star review I would. They are the most corrupt and money-hungry people in the business. I have been frequently coming in for my refills every two weeks like recommended, and because of humidity, sweat (it’s summer), and normal wear and tear, my lashes have been coming out. Now the stylist and the Lash Kit that you have advertised said it would help with that meaning it is a frequent and common occurrence.
    When I walked in, I wasn’t told that I would be charged all 3 of my monthly credits for a full set of lashes because my lashes were falling out due to a natural cycle
    When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, she said that I should have been more frequent with my refills and not have gone too long for my current refill.
    After that, they charged me a credit after I stated upfront that I wouldn’t do the lashes because of the irrational design of the membership (i.e if I used my whole month 2 credits and then the 1 credit I had left over today, I would be spending 140 dollars in total for my whole month again for refills). The only thing that the front desk staff told me was that stylists work on commission, and that’s why I was being charged as a no-show.
    than I am today. The policies of this business are something that I wouldn't recommend to anyone, and the front office staff refuted and destroyed what faith I had. The front desk staff and your membership not being completely explained in transparent methods have completely ruined any returned business.
    I have asked for a refund or any money back for this month, but they are telling me that they will charge me another month of membership at the end of June.
