    Stay away from this company for your restoration needs. We were told the process would take ten days and in the end, it ended up taking 28 days. The main point of contact continually lied to us throughout the entire process, their contractors were constantly disgruntled at how much work they had to do in such a short timeline. If anything goes wrong or there are any delays they won't contact you or apologize. We were often ghosted throughout the process which led to weeks of delays
    We had a simple shower leak that should have taken 10-14 days MAX but due to the lying project manager we were hit with constant delays as well as making us pay for an asbestos test on a townhome built in 2016. (wasting our money and trying to buy time) If we could leave 0 stars we would. Their contractors left debris outside our front door for 2-3 weeks, and left the entire interior of our townhome a complete mess along with dinging the walls and damaging other areas of our home. STAY AWAY FROM APEX RESTORATION DKI DENVER WHATEVER YOU DO. Customer service was so poor, the contractor would ask "Did you sign the estimate?" And I would have to call the admin/office person to send the documents over. A constant handhold of a process wasting tons of my own time. We asked for a refund on the project which they wouldn't accommodate - so we will be taking this further to the B.B.B. ...a nightmare of a project. Pretty sure the rest of the reviews on here are fake, unsure how they have 4.9. Also, pay attention to how / why they have no recent reviews. An obvious sign that recent customers have not been satisfied with their services.
    They made us pay for an asbestos test - further wasting our money and time. Our townhome was built in 2010, we already knew no asbestos existed, they did this to waste our time. Wish I could leave 0 stars
