******** ***** ***** is in business to take money from homebuilders, be it remodels or new construction projects. ******** agreed to a specific price to build my new home and once he got started with the deposit he then billed us for a price that was over $165,000 more than what the total cost was agreed upon... knowing we were already into the finished framing stage is when he sent us the quote for services rendered and it was not what we agreed upon and when we brought this to his attention he left the construction site in shambles...letting water sit on our floors for months, damaging all of the work prior...He never covered the roof knowing that the rain water would damage the existing floors and materials. He ordered windows that we never agreed to and then pocketed the money. He ordered doors that we never received a** ******** *** ****** He Poured our foundation that was very poorly done, left with cracks throughout the entire foundation. He never met any deadlines and always lied about everything concerning our questions. He is one of the worst people on the planet and only does work to take from those that do not know the construction trade! Stay clear of this ********* ********** *************

I would like to thank this client for the time to share their perspective. While we strongly disagree with the claims made in the review, we understand that construction projects can be stressful and that miscommunications can sometimes occur. Upon this client’s decision to relieve me of the duties I was in the process of performing and to move in another direction, the City of Crossville's Building Department had inspected and passed all work performed by Accurate Contracting Services. In addition, the City of Crossville's Building Department reflected favorable positive comments about the work performed to date.
We regret that our working relationship ended on a sour note and sincerely wish this client the best moving forward with their home. Our commitment remains to providing honest, quality work, transparent communication, and a competitive price with every client we serve.
