Backsplash was installed and they didn't cut the outlet holes larger enough, we had to go buy a blade to finish cutting so I could have power back in my kitchen with no help or apology from the company.

Then just keep offering to send different people out and we have already had to leave work 3 times early as they have the worse scheduler. Says they will be here between 4-6 and arrives before 1pm!

We are seeking compensation for the bad fabrication work that WE the customer had to fix and buy tools for.

service and lack of communication will be broadcasted if this isn't rectified.

Thank you for your time and look forward to a call from management.

We bought granite countertops from Granite Depot, Turkey Creek location; they were installed on July 19th. On Aug 16th we noticed a crack had formed at the sink cut out. The crack extends the whole width of the granite in that area to the wall and down the side to the sink. They sent a repair man who said it was a fisher and wanted to fix it with epoxy. The issue is the crack can be felt and seen and we are concerned about it becoming a bigger problem. My husband asked for a replacement of the slab of granite. The repair man got the owner on the phone, and he was very rude to my husband and accused us of cracking the granite. The crack is behind the sink cut out and not in a useable area so there is no way we could have cracked it. It may be possible that the installers did not shim it properly under the sink. He tried to make the case that we signed off when the work was finished, which we did but the crack was missed or happened after installation. They offer a 1 year warranty on the installation which by what I gather after lots of researching why granite would crack in this area, it is a great possibility that is an installation issue. There is no other reason why the granite would have cracked in this manner and in this particular area. We did not pay for cracked granite and do not want cracked granite as I'm sure no homeowner would. At this time, they have another slab of the granite we purchased so replacing it would not be difficult. But waiting could cause the situation of not having the matching granite which would cause a whole different issue of not be able to get the same granite to match the rest of the counter tops. We are only asking them to honor the warranty and replace our granite. I am asking for the BBB to help to get our granite replaced hoping to remedy this before going to Small Claims Court. Thank you.
