  Sergio and Gabe were awesome all the way around. They were very thorough in all that they did for me. They installed new exterior doors, repaired water damage from the old doors, installed new kitchen and bath floors, and repaired ceiling and dry wall. Could not be happier and will use again! He was walking out the door from completing my jobs, and I hit him up for another estimate!

  I hired S.I.C. Home Improvements & Landscaping, Ivan & Gabe, for 2 projects (so far) & am extremely pleased with the results from their efforts. I would readily recommend this company for any landscaping or home improvement work needing to be finished-on time, with no surprise costs, a great look & a professional outcome. Two of the most polite & hardest working young men I’ve ever hired in the 40 years I’ve owned houses. They will restore your faith in hiring individuals to work at your home. They are also licensed & insured. They will NOT take on a project unless they know they can do all the work involved at their high standards.
  I hired them to tear down an old, rotting deck & build a small porch in its place. Ivan shared with me several suggestions for size, shape, kinds of railings & materials to use & we decided on a plan. I was given a reasonable, itemized invoice for all the work & materials this job would entail.
  As the tearing down of the old deck progressed, it was discovered that a small, elevated concrete porch & a lower small patio already existed under the old deck. Both were in good shape & just the right size. Ivan & Gabe were able to completely change direction & modify the original plan & invoice.
  Both helped me choose the best railings, paint & decorative lattice for use with newly found concrete porch & patio. Their ability to readily absorb & work with all the changes to the original plan & produce excellent results is proof of their work ethic, customer service & building abilities.
  Recently, my budget allowed me to again hire Ivan & Gabe to work around the porch & patio area to prevent the undergrowth, mud & puddles. They removed the weeds, tamped down the dirt, put in the edging & filled with pea gravel. Then Ivan suggested using a few flat, field stones I already had as an addition to the pea gravel for a professional, landscape finishing touch. I am very pleased with both projects. I will definitely hire these two again.

  Sergio and Gabe recently rebuilt our deck and did an excellent job! This was the second job they did for us and they again were very professional and included us on every step. They listened to what we wanted and also gave us their professional opinion, resulting in a beautiful outcome! We will continue to contact them for any future projects.

  I found Sergio on the BBB website and decided to contact him for some exterior repairs and landscaping. I have lived in this house for seven years and have always had a problem with my backyard flooding due to water running down the side of the alley behind me. I’ve had multiple companies evaluate the situation to no avail. I called Sergio and he found a solution and implemented it quickly. That combined with creating a dog path and a large area around my maple tree which has solved my mud problem and keeps my pups from getting dirty paw prints everywhere. He laid down about 4” of mulch and ran edging to keep it all in. That combined with his water solution has given me the yard I have been wanting all this time! Sergio and Gabe worked hard to make this happen for me and I’m so thrilled! Communication is usually an issue but with those two it was never a problem. They were on the job when they said they would be. If there was a problem or if they were running late Sergio sent me a text and let me know. They also left any area they worked on clean and debris free.
  Sergio and Gabe also repaired my gutters, installed my rain barrel, replaced damaged fence pickets and fixed all the gates so that I can use them again!
  Sergio and Gabe take extreme pride in their work and sincerely wanted to make sure I was totally happy with the results. No one else will be working on my house/ property! They are simply the best and if you contact them you will NOT be disappointed!!

  I found my deck was in much disrepair and made calls to five (5) companies that repaired decks. Sergio was the only one that actually went under the deck to look at its structure and condition prior to actually giving me a quote. His price was the most reasonable and his construction skills appear to be excellent. He and Gabe work well together and had my deck repaired over a two week period. Every step of the way he kept me informed and sought to know my preferences as the deck was reconstructed. Although it took a while to get on his schedule, I preferred someone who was going to take the time to do an excellent job over someone focusing on expediency and short cuts. I highly recommend Sergio and S.I.C Home Improvements & Landscaping. I have no hesitancy in calling them back for any more projects. Great job!!
