I can't say enough good things about my experience with Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchens. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly enjoyable — which is not something you can always say about home renovation projects!
I had a fairly major scope of work: full flooring replacement throughout my home, removing a load-bearing wall, installing a support beam, and completely redesigning my kitchen into an open-concept space. Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchens handled every aspect of the project with skill and precision. They listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every detail was thoughtfully executed.
The kitchen is truly the heart of my home now. Not only did they design a layout that makes the space feel larger and more functional, but they also incorporated every cabinet feature I asked for — from soft-close drawers to custom storage solutions. It’s beautiful, efficient, and exactly what I envisioned.
Their team was respectful, punctual, and communicative throughout the process. I always felt informed about the timeline, budget, and next steps. There were no surprises — just consistent, high-quality work and a strong commitment to doing things right.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their craftsmanship. It’s rare to find a company that combines great design, solid construction, and excellent customer service all in one package, but Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchens delivered on every front.

I cannot express my great gratitude to Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchen, especially Grace and Viktor for their willingness to work with me.
After my home burned down, I found Palm Tree - a locally owned place - and met with them (Grace in particular), about different flooring options and price points. While I loved what I saw, I did go to the local big-box stores to see other options and to my great pleasure, Palm Tree was right on par with the big-boxes but I was able to order exactly what I wanted - color, width, thickness and lengths AND stairs to match.
Because of the love for the floors, I went back when looking for kitchen cabinets and backsplash tiles. Grace walked me through more options that I had previously thought possible; with her help, I was able to custom order not just my dream kitchen, but bathroom vanities to match.
When it came to the backsplash, I found tiles at a big-box that I loved and Palm Tree price-matched to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted, even though they took a bit of a hit.
I cannot recommend Palm Tree enough. Their customer service, knowledge, and dedication to satisfaction ought to be the reason that everyone looking for home renovations should seek them out. Everyone should make sure they check Palm Tree before their next project.Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchens

Palm tree flooring is a great company. Grace and Victor put their costumers first. It was my first time designing a kitchen and I had no idea what I wanted. They spent a lot of time working to make sure I get exactly what I liked. I was able to also feel no pressure from them. They gave me samples to take home as I compared prices and checked out 3 other companies. I decided to use them not only because of their great prices but also because they are experienced and knowledgeable in kitchen and floor Design. Another reason I went with them is because of the high-quality material that they sell. It shows that they really care about the standard and don’t just sell anything. They have great customer service. They quickly replied to every text or email that I sent, and always answer the phone. 5 starsThe company went above and beyond to match our current wood flooring when replacing carpeted rooms with wood.
It looks like it was all done at the same time it matches so well.
Estimates were given prior, and the job was scheduled. Everything went as explained.
