      From best to worst.
      This business used to be locally owned. When they were, they had fair prices and they cared about their customers. Then they sold out to a big company.
      I recently referred a family member. After two failed repair attempts and two wasted workdays, they called another company. The other company completed the repair the first time at a fair price.
      The worst thing was that the C & R representative did not apologize or seem to care (except to collect some money).
      They didn’t lose one customer, they lost two. My advice is to go somewhere else.

      We had our new unit installed a few years ago and have been very happy with it. When we had an issue with a clogged drain, we called after hours and they walked us through it with several phone calls and photos. We are pleased with their exemplary service. Highly recommend!
