knowledgeable and professional
We needed our 17 year old heating and cooling system replaced. Mark ******** came to our home, gave us a detailed quote and we were able to schedule the install quickly .
Yesterday, during one of the coldest days so far this year, Mark ******** and his team made it happen. They arrived on time, inspite of the ice and snow on the roads.
Once the install was complete, they swept up and took the old furnace and AC with them. We appreciate that Mark and his team made the experience of having a new heating and cooling system install excellent and with mimimal inconvenience.

5 starsI have used Pol's Heating and Cooling twice now, for two different issues. Nathan came out both times and was absolutely awesome. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC. The second time he came out, he had my issue diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone and will for sure be using for all of my heat and air needs!Review fromVICKI O

5 starsThe air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air as soon as out of town guest arrived. Nathan executed the service the same day within hours of the call. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Great service – I highly recommend Pol’s Heating and Cooling
