Buyer beware! We contacted the company for a quote for three repairs needed on our fencing around our back patio. During the phone call, the representative quoted $218.00 to $595. (Under the impression that the quote was for the completed job) The technician arrived and was pleasant and professional. However, upon his review, he stated he could only repair two of the three issues and would charge $595. This was unacceptable to us because we wanted completion of all the repairs. We thanked him but declined in order to find someone who could complete the needed repairs.
Then we were advised that we owed $218.00. Under the impression that the quote given on the initial phone call included the completion of the work, we were totally shocked by this. We are not aware if others have been duped by this company, but feel strongly that the business practices of this company are unethical and should be avoided. Only trust companies that are willing to give you an honest and free quote prior to completing the work.
Thank you and we hope this can prevent others from falling in to this trap.

Terrible lying company. Scott ( Handyman Employee) hit my car in the Home Depot parking lot. It was completely his fault and was In a company vehicle. We exchanged information and went on. I contacted Handyman management and they were the most rude unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. I reached out the Handyman’s insurance company to get my car fixed and they stated that they wouldn’t be fixing it because Scott the man who hit me lied to the insurance company. I sent text messages that I had back and forth with the manager of Handyman proving he was at fault to the insurance company and never heard back. Handyman of Knoxville and State Auto insurance are crooks. Fair warning for anyone considering using these companies
