    Around 5:00 we called SOHO asking if they had a wait time the young man on the phone said no we have no wait time. When my friend and I got there, a worker was laying on a couch with shoes off.... That was a terrible first impression. 5:30 rolls around and I am still not tended to, my friends nails are already done and everything. 5:45 comes and they move me to a seat with Nancy. Nancy soaked my nails off and disappeared for 15-20 mins. My original plan was to get a full set with almond shape and the glazed donut trend. Nancy informs me that it will be 15$ for chrome and an extra 10$ for the shape. I decided to go with something simple of a yellow color and keep my natural nails. Nancy still put ACRYLICS on. Later on she starts to push my cuticles back with her bare hands/nails, instead of using the tools provided. She starts to buff my nails with the drimmel and burns my nail. As I **** my hand back she pulls my arm so I can not pull back. It is around 7:00 and my nails are still not done. The nails look HORRENDOUS I told Nancy to please file them down. She quickly grabbed my hand aggressively. It is roughly 7:10 and they are about to close. My friend and I had plans at 7:30. I told Nancy to please stop I am not liking how the nails are turning out and we have to be somewhere at 7:30. Nancy then grabs my arm and does not let me get up from the chair. She immediately buffed my nails very roughly leaving a red buff spot on one of my fingers. Finally she lets me get up and blocks me from the door saying I still need to pay. For a service in which was not completed and did not like.
