    I spent 15k to have a ride share App developed through Bluestone in April of 2019. When I paid in full I was guaranteed my source codes. Til to this day I haven’t received anything. I’ve been attempting to contact Bluestone via email and phone. Still no response. Last person I’ve contacted was Caleb at Bluestone. And he guaranteed to have management get back with me, and still nothing. I have the contract that states I have ownership of the app, images, and source codes once paid in full. They took my money and never gave me the source codes.

    I’m very dissatisfied with bluestone app. It took them 4 years to work on my project, the app looks horrible and every time I would complain about the work I would get ignored. Waste of 50k and I wouldn’t want anyone to have the same experience. This business should not be recommended for starter companies trying to make an app.

    Hello

    We are surprised to see this complaint. The client approved the designs that they actually provided to us.  They also approved the app flow, and changed it many times. We produced the app design, flow and features entirely based on the client's requests. We also had approval to publish live, and another approval to push both iOS and Android apps to the client's app stores.  We are providing screenshots to the client as per their recent request. 

    If there are any outstanding requests from the cleint, we would be happy to take care of them. Please let us know directly to the project manage that has been having ongoing communication with the client.

    I am rejecting this response because: Regrettably, I am faced with an ongoing situation. ***** and his team  have persistently asserted that they have been in communication with me, despite this not being the case. The last communication this company has had with me was June 6 to say they were working to replicate issues that they have been made full aware of for 3+ years. Furthermore, their efforts in addressing this matter have been insufficient. I am compelled to express my disappointment in the company's apparent lack of commitment towards finalizing the development of my application.

    While I anticipate potential accusations and excuses from ***** regarding my supposed shortcomings or deviations from our agreed-upon terms, I have been clear, precise, and patient in my communications, expectations, and attempts to resolve the situation.

    I am seeking the following resolutions: a completed and fully functioning app as specified, implementation of the information anonymity function, compensation for lost wages over the past 36 months, reimbursement for attorney's fees incurred due to continuous delays affecting our trademark filing, and compensation for the potential identity theft risk resulting from the malware exposure. Alternatively, I request a full refund from *****'s business, along with the delivery of the completed code to date. Despite multiple excuses, ***** and his company have breached their contract and have failed to deliver the promised app.

    Helllo,

    We have provided communication with this client since the beginning of this project. There has been long delays in waiting on responses from the client throughout this program.  We have also received approvals on the current design that is in the app, the designs sent by the client were an idea of what could be done. We made design changes according to the client's desires and have a signed approval of them by the client.

    The agreement does not stipulate a guaranteed number or frequency of calls or meetings, as the client has stated in their complaint. There is also not a guaranteed timeframe of final product delivery. This is a collaboration project that relies on input from the client during the project and then resulting programming updates on our end that take time.  We have worked beyond our estimated production time on providing this app for the client and remained commited to providing the app as planned. The app has been completed and sent the the client numerous times.  We are ready to launch this app to the app store and provide the client with the complete source code upon finalization.

    During the pandemic I thought it would be a good idea to create a app I told some friends they thought it was a great idea to invest the initial idea was around 20 we kept adding things and the budget went to around 50 grand after the got all the money it was hard to get in contact with them then I decided to read the reviews and seen I wasn't the only one they did this to I have contacted my attorney to resolve the issue since the owner doesn't want to give me a call back to see how we can resolve this I'm looking for a full refund

    After I spoke to them to resolve they told me I had a balance and that's is a lie I completed every payment I have all my receipts where it said I completed payment something is not right with this company I have sent my lawyer every email between me and this company and receipts that I completed my payments

    Hello, we sent links to the invoices where there are outstanding balances. It shows obviously that there is a balance on two invoices. However we told the client that we are proceeding to make the app live and giving them time to pay the balances after the app is live. The main problem was the client did not communicate to us for many months and they did State they were going to pay the balances months ago so we could go live. That did not happen. We are now willing to make the app live and give the client time.

    All they do is make it sound good on paper my attorney is handling everything they will be hearing from my attorney he is going over my receipts they never sent me any paperwork for app I paid app in full march 2022 now they saying I have outstanding balance which is a lie I'm letting my attorney handle everything at this point
