      From start to finish, Mortgage Investors Group was there to guide us through every step of the process, all the way to closing. While it’s always recommended to get at least three quotes from different lenders, I truly felt that the Lord led us to this company. I did consult with other lenders, but none of them left me as satisfied as Mortgage Investors Group did. I’m very pleased with my decision and have no regrets. ****** ****** was assigned as our loan officer, and he was fantastic throughout. He was patient, always returned my calls promptly—even after regular business hours—and kept in touch consistently. ****** answered all my questions and was great at communicating via email, messages, and phone calls.
      As anyone who’s applied for a loan knows, the process can be tedious and exhausting, but ****** made it easy for us. We moved through the pre-approval process quickly, and when I requested an approval letter from the underwriters after we found a home (even though it wasn’t the final one), they provided it without any issues. While having a pre-approval letter is helpful, an approval letter can make your offer on a property even stronger.
      I would definitely recommend Mortgage Investors Group to anyone looking to finance a property. Their professionalism and dedication made all the difference for us.
