      RXO contracted Christian Delivery Brothers LLC to deliver my washer and dryer April 15th. It was an hour earlier than scheduled. Once here, they made many scratches and dents in my walls/floors installing the washer and dryer. They took a photo and left without letting us know. They didn't test the washer or dryer to make sure it was properly installed and didn't let us know they were finished. I noticed a massive dent in the side of the washer, but before I could even let them know, they already disappeared and left. We turned on the washer and the pipes were not properly installed, which caused water to burst all over the place damaging my walls even more. We had to buy tools/parts to properly install the pipes. Then, when we did a test cycle, the washer shook so hard that it cracked my floor more and caused the foundation upstairs to crack. Come to find out, the delivery people didn't take out the delivery bolts, which is supposed to be done as part of the install. They left the tools there saying they didn't know what it was for and just left. We ended up having to remove the bolts to make sure the washer didn't shake so violently. All in all, it seemed like the people delivering the appliances didn't know what they were doing. They plugged in stuff and made it look "finished," took a photo, and just left. This on top of the fact they ruined my walls simply by just placing my washer and dryer in the laundry room. Please see photos for proof. This was all taken immediately after they left. It seemed like they wanted to get out of here ASAP without making sure everything was properly delivered and installed. I tried to reach out to them, but they drove away before confirming they were done. I filed a claim with estimates for the damages and receipts, but their insurance, RXO, and I are all waiting on the owner of Christian Brothers Moving LLC to respond. Please let me know if there is anything else your team needs.

      ******** ****** has been amazing at communicating with me personally about this complaint. He has been the only one reaching out to me making sure I am taken care of. Please remove this complaint as it has been resolved from their end. Though I am still waiting for Christian Brother's LLC insurance to resolve, ******** and his business has been trying their best to get this taken care of.

      I went to a website called( hire a helper). The company that they use is Christian brothers moving, LLC. I asked for 2 guys. They have a minimum of 2 guys for 2 hours. I asked for 5 hours. And each additional hour after that is a hundred and thirty five dollars an hour., which is$867. They put that on my card. They ended up charging me for 3 more hours. Which they did not work.
      Which ended up to be twelve hundred and seventy two dollars and change. These guys guarantee your personal belongings will be taken care of, well that was not the case. I could not watch them every minute because I was bringing boxes out of my house. When we got to the destination, I opened the door to the U-haul truck. And so my brand new Hobart, mig. Welder crashed on the ground. The mig welder it sits on a cart with wheels. They had loaded it on a cardboard box which was pretty full of whatever was in there. It crushed everything in the box. Flipped over and destroyed my welder. The spool in the inside was destroyed. That is the heart of the machine. It's what turns to spool. And pushes The Wire through the hose to the gun.
      I brought it to their attention and said look, there's ball bearings all over the floor no one said a word. That weider cost me just under $800. I show them the spool who, which was completely broke off the shaft that turns the spool
      And pushes the Wire out the end of the line. Where you do your work. At first I did not know what happened. Because the spool was on the floor of the truck. And ball bearings everywhere. They were all in a hurry to leave. And that's probably how this started because they were in a big hurry because we started late. It was getting dark.
      I didn't know the severity of the damage till the next day when I went back and saw what had happened. I told them when I saw the ball bearings. That something was very bad. I said to them if this is a spool from my hobar. Welder, somebody is going to owe me eight hundred dollars. That's what I said .
