      I will give big orange moving zero stars. If I could I use them for a move from Morristown Tennessee to Hixson Tennessee last Saturday they damaged my furniture they claim to have insurance I’ve tried reaching out 15 times to big Orange moving to see about claiming the damage on their insurance all I get is voicemails they will not return any of my phone calls.

      Ruts left in front yard. When I mentioned to the movers the following day I was told they didn't think it was an issue. Hole in back of dresser. Desk legs broke. Bed frame legs missing. Have been in contact and was told that they would run the legs out the next day. We are going on 4 days now.

      Had Tim, Armando( so sorry for calling you Fernando all day! So embarrassed!) and Jay for our move today….fabulous crew. We had items that were not easy to move, and they did a wonderful job. Very happy with their services, and will request them for our next move. Highly recommend this company and especially this crew.

      Big Orange Moving caused an estimated $3000 worth of damage to my property, from ALL of my fine furniture, ALL of my appliances, and my upright grand piano on Nov. 21, 2022. When the truck arrived at my home, it looked like a train wreck inside. Big Orange Moving's young men packed the truck incorrectly, including not using straps to secure the furniture, or packing it so that everything could fit, meaning another truck had to be used. As I had paid $300 for the insurance, I assumed I would be compensated for all of this damage. Kenneth ******* who told me he was the owner of the company told me he would send me a check for $300, evidently just giving me my insurance money back. I gave his company plenty of time to send this check, and it still hasn't been sent. I paid an additional $300 for my piano to be moved carefully, as well, which was damaged before it came out of the truck. Most of my carefully packaged boxes were damaged, and although I have moved several times, I've never seen so much damage. The cost of their bill was close to $3000 higher than the estimate. I emailed close to 300 photos of the damage to Big Orange Moving Company, as directed, beginning on Nov. 23. No response to all of this for 2 months! When I did hear from Kenneth Morgan, he said the person in charge dropped the ball. I have never in my life done business with someone who doesn't keep his word. I cannot recommend this company, and will be reporting them to the BBB. Since my email from Kenneth about mailing me the check, he hasn't responded to any other emails. His last response was on March 11. Definitely not quality service.

      This is my second time using Big Orange Moving...they do an excellent job moving your things in a safe manner and completed the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them. Michael and Gage were great !!

      First, the two young men that moved our items were incredibly hard working and friendly. However, we have several pieces of furniture that have missing pieces of wood, damaged due to moving. The worst was our dryer which ended up with the screen for settings scratched up. It's a shame because the 2 guys worked hard, but now have damaged items that should never have happened. We would recommend only if they were move careful with furniture..
