    DO NOT have recalls (or any service for that matter) done here. They do not quality check to see if their repairs were done correctly. Brought Maverick in for recalls and also to have cruise control installed. Supplied service with OEM parts.
    As other review said, they never call back, even when you call several times and they assure you your service tech will, they don't, so you have to keep calling to see when available for pickup.
    New steering wheel modules installed, but no cruise control, phone, volume - in short, paid **** for nothing, as well as time to drive 25 miles at least six times, plus time waiting at service desk.
    I seriously question the quality of the work done on my safety recalls, and if my airbag will work if needed, since they did take apart the steering wheel.

    High pressure sales, incompetent service department, and they have no problem taking advantage of people in need. I had a newer vehicle broken down in their shop after 7 days they had not even looked at it. I needed a vehicle talked to them about trading it in, in desperation to have a vehicle I agreed, they added *******+ of warranties, oil changes, and paint protection, now I lost all the equity in the previous vehicle and am extremely upside down on a vehicle I never wanted. Yeah I know my fault. Also took a new car into their dealership for simple oil change they added a digit to the odometer reading that destroyed the value of the vehicle, showing an odometer discrepancy until I was finally able to get rid of it.

    I took my car to Lance Cunningham Ford on Clinton hwy to have a tune up done on. They keep my car for four days. I keep calling no one was answering the phone. Finally someone answered and I asked them what was taking them so long and they said they had to order a cover from Atlanta. I told them what did the cover have to do with a tune up. They responded with they needed a valve cover or something. The fourth day they called me to pick up my car. When I got the car back it wasn’t driving right so I called them back to take a look it. I had my wife take it back over there. They said they had to do a diagnostic test on it and said it was a crack head in the engine. I did not have this problem when I took my car to them. I took my car to another place before taking it to them and they recommended me to take it to the dealer because they could not get one spark plug out and they didn’t want to mess my car up. I did that and now my motor in gone from what ever they did to my car. I paid them $736.35 and haven’t been able to drive my car since. I would like to get paid for my car getting damaged at their facility cause I still have to pay for that car and the new car I had to purchase. Please help me solve this problem

    Too bad there is not a NEGATIVE Star rating because Lance ********** does not deserve even a single star. My son and I purchase a Ford Maverick April of 2022. The initial transaction was handled very poorly but since Mavericks at that time were in short supply we completed the transaction.
    Current level of extremely poor performance at service department.
    1. phone system - not adequate operators 1 plus minutes of ring time before phone answered in service department (have time it on my phone) one occasion 3 minutes.
    2. Service advisors CANNOT give you good estimates of repair time even when you have an appointment. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE calls in timely manner. On* **** ******* ***** *** ******* **** ******* ****** **** talking at his desk to customer (me). GROSS AND DISGUSTING.
    3. Warranty parts not available and NO phone call when part received to advise car owner to schedule installation. Parts (in this case rare and unusual) returned after 30 days if not installed BUT again no phone call to tell car owner his warranty part is in and ready to be installed.
    5. Operators after extremely long "on hold time" (as much as 18 minutes) come back with tales and excuses that service advisor not in today, or he is at lunch (a bold lie in my case) and they will call you back which they typically never do.
    COMMENT ; If asked by friend, business associates, family or casual acquaintances to NEVER purchase or have SERVICE WORK done at this dealership.

    Absolutely terrible experience. I had my oil changed at this dealership almost two months ago. After I discovered the dealership left the skid plate that covers my oil pan off, I have attempted to work with them to rectify the situation and still do not have a satisfactory conclusion. Before going to Lance Cunningham Ford for any service issue, I would ask yourself one question. If this dealership cannot even complete an oil change correctly, what else can you not trust them with? I would not recommend going to Lance Cunningham Ford for any issue.

    I purchased a 2020 Ford Ecosport in November 2021 at Lance Cunningham Ford in Knoxville, TN. I was not provided any disclosure that this vehicle had an engine with a known defective oil pump issue. When the oil pump failed in July 2023 at 79,000 miles, I filled out a form on Lance Cunningham's website requesting assistance. The sales person Tim ******* emailed me. I told him on email this was a known issue with this vehicle and I need assistance with the repairs. I am a disabled veteran and although employed do not have the amount needed to replace the engine ($6000 - $7200). Tim Hillard did not reply to my email. Be advised there is a class action investigation being conducted by Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP. The least Lance Cunningham could have done was stand by their product and provide assistance in mitigating the labor costs. Instead have had no reply. Do not recommend Ford or this Ford dealer. Will not purchase any Ford vehicle ever again.

    Took my mustang gt in for warranty work, took 2 months for them to actually touch the car, then they take it apart without my consent, and tried to change me $949 plus tax and told me warranty wouldn't cover the issues. I finally got my car back in pieces. Transmission is out of the car and have to put it back together myself.
