After retiring I decided to renovate my home. It has been a very frustrating process of dealing with construction people with the delays, sloppy work, not showing up etc. What a breath of fresh air Vinyard flooring has been. I called them to get an estimate on flooring for my master bathroom. They promptly came out and explained the process to me. I then received and estimate and contract was signed. Materials were ordered and Jim kept me updated. When materials arrived I was contacted and date to start was made. ***** and his son made contact with me and showed up when they scheduled. It was a 3 day process and they kept me updated along the way.i can tell what a satisfying experience it was to watch 2 professionals do thier job and what an excellant job they did. I know ***** *** *** had both been with the company for 30 plus years and it showed. So many of contractors i hired had employees who were not really vested in company or job and it showed. I have never wrote a review but i know there are many people such as myself who need work done and dont know who to hire. I hope this review helps. To sum upy Vinyard Flooring will do a professional job at a fair price. They will work with you thru the process and keep you advised along the way. The employees who show up and come into your house will be professional and will do a job with the care as if they were doing it for thier home. Jim, Steve, and Zach were awesome to work with and the quality of every little detail was beyond what we expected. Communication from Jim with Vinyard was very good. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were careful and considerate when moving our furniture in and out of the room.
The work looks excellent, and Jim stopped by later in the week to check and confirm satisfaction. He also advised us on proper cleaning and maintenance of our new floor.Vinyard Floor Covering Company, Inc.
