    I payed $200 for a multi state (MA&NH) electrician's code update course.

    This is to be done on a 3 year cycle per the National Electrical Code.
    At Home Prep advertises that you can work online at your leisure, however after 1 year they deleted my course, and all the progress I made.

    No refund, no way to recover my work, just tuff luck it in the terms and conditions!

    Now I need to scramble and find another provider before 7/30/25 and complete the required course...

    I apologize for your frustration. You purchased your course in November of 2023. Yes, it is true our CE courses are only approved or 1 year. We receive a new approval each year for each of our state regulated CE courses making the previous year's approval null and void. Due to this approval code, you would need to take the course approved for the year you are submitting. We do suggest purchasing the course in the year you are renewing to prevent any future frustrations. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know. We are here to help.
