    IN MY HUMBLE OPINION THIS MAYBE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOUR SELLING A CAR AND HAVE BEEN ASKED BY A PERSPECTIVE BUYUER TO GET SAID REPORT THEN THINK TWICE... MAKE SURE YOU TRUST WITH NO DOUGHT AND OR YOU WANT SAID PRODUCT. I WAS DIRRECTED TO THIS SITE FOR THE REPORT THEN REQUESTED TO PURCHASE MORE PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE, AFTER I ENDED THE REQUESTS FOR MORE ITEMS THE PERSON OR PERSPECTIVE BUYER DISAPPEARED. ONCE I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY TELL ME WELL YOU HAVE THE REPORT AND YOU NEED IT TO SELL YOUR CAR! WHAT A JOKE NO WE DONT NEED YOUR REPORT TO SELL A CAR AND THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE CAME HERE FOR A REPORT ON MY OWN. END OF STORY PAYPAL WONT REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE I RECIEVED WHAT I REQUESTED AND THEY WONT REFUND BECAUSE THEY EMAILED OUT THE REPORT. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
