      We purchased a 12,000 dollar hot 14 months ago. It has not worked properly from the day we installed it. We have been trying for over a year to get it repaired. I have even called the main office . All we get is the runaround and promises , but it is still not fixed.

      I want to preface my comments by saying the folks in the Lenoir City Poolwerx store and very helpful and efficient. My complaint is with the main office and the pool maintenance department. I book my pool opening appt last fall. I was quoted a price for opening. It was approx $600. The maintenance guy came the first time left a bill for 639.67. He came back a couple of days later to finish the pool opening. We were charged another 369.07. ANOTHER LABOR CHARGE. The total bill was $1,008.74. This is ridiculous. The most frustrating part was speaking with ***** in the service department. She was rude from the beginning to the end of the call. Not open to questions. Very dismissive. Surely Campbell doesn't condone this type of response from their employees. We will NEVER use Campbell's to open or close our pool. This was a very bad experience. She concedes that they overcharged, as she called back and offered a $100 store credit. What a joke! I will certainly spread the word here is Lenoir City that Campbell's service is a rip off.

      The initial opening fee was 450.00 plus chemcials. The techinican explained once the algae has fallen to the bottom of the pool, it will need to be vacummed again. We offer the service as a follow up for a range n of 115-150 based off of the location. We do not return unless approved because some customers perfer to do it themselves. When the customer called in about the additioanl charge of cleaning of the pool, cleaning of the salt cell and balancing the water; we offered to discount based off of the additional cell cleaning being performed during the maintenace trip due to their concern with the amount due. The credit was a courtesy to the cusotmer because all work was performed and chemicals used. Internally we will work with our team on their communication. Management will reach out the customer to confirm our processed was followed.
