    My experience with this company has been disappointing and frustrating. My husband and I each paid the $60 application fee (a total of $120) to apply for a rental property. Despite reaching out twice for an update, I was eventually told the property was no longer available.
    I was informed by Patty that she had previously emailed me, but I never received any communication from her. Additionally, she claimed she did not have my income verification, which was news to me—at no point was I told it was missing. I contacted my employer, who confirmed they had not received any request from the company but were more than willing to provide documentation. I relayed this to Patty and received no further response or follow-up.
    Due to this lack of communication and responsiveness, we missed out on two rental opportunities. I am extremely dissatisfied with how our application was handled and disappointed to be out $120 with nothing to show for it. Based on this experience, I will not be renting from this company.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
    They are ohhhh soooo nice when you move in. When you move out - do not expect the same treatment. They want their money right away - yet when you move out they take their slow sweet time returning it - IF any gets returned. I moved in in a rush and knew the owner of the unit. I nit-picked it to death when I moved in because I didn't want to be responsible for ALL the things wrong when I moved out so i could get my deposit back. He asked if I wanted these things fixed and I said NO, just wanted to make you and Asset aware. Since moving out, I have been back and forth with them trying to get proof of how promised credits were applied to my ledger. They HAVE NOT applied them and are now ignoring any request I make regarding said credits. I have email documentation of agreed on credits/negotiations yet they refuse to acknowledge leaving a balance on my ledger and threatening collections. I have found other names on this BBB site and am going to email them to see if anything more can be done about my account.
    IT'S JUST NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE - SO JUST DON'T RENT FROM THEM.

    Seems that the problem I had is a very common technique the company uses to bring in more money. I completed the rental application and paid the fee, was told the property needed repairs and was provided a date it would be ready. After calling for a month, we were not answered or informed of any changes. Date that was agreed upon was approaching and I tried to call >10 times to finally get ahold of the agent that promised to keep us updated. Patty completely ghosted us as we waited for the property, then we learned that the property was unavailable. Communication skills are very poor. Taking our application money for a property that was unavailable is completely unprofessional and unethical.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED in our experience with Asset Realty Management! We completed the rental application and paid the fee— to then learn that the property is unavailable at the previously discussed price and date. Owner and ARM property manager misrepresented this transaction.

    I have rented through asset for going on 4 years now. From the very beginning the process was very simple. We have loved our home the entire time we've been here. We have had a few small maintenence issues over the years that have been handled quickly and efficiently. This year, we are having to move, as the owners of our home have decided to sell ?? as sad as we are about the situation, I very much appreciate Patty and all of her help to quickly get us into our new home stress free. She always very quickly responds and has the answers to every one of my questions.. (I swear I've asked her 100 this week alone.) I highly recommend asset realty, and we are very grateful for Patty and the others in the office that have helped us along the way.

    Just moved in less than a week. Things that we noticed needed fix was handled immediately soon as the work order was put in. So far by far I’m happy and impressed with everything. Patty’s been amazing with getting us in this new place and I’m beyond grateful!
