    I have a contract with Mighty Dog Roofing Knoxville under 1 year "Workmanship" warranty on work that was done on Dec 2023 for nearly 16,000 dollars and I have been calling the local and main office about my problems since 6/11/24.

    The work was originally done in December 2023 and we told the Mighty Dog sales rep, ***** about the bad wooden boards on parts of the house, but he said with the installation wrap would flatten the boards and that the vinyl siding could go on top with no issues.

    months pass and I notice parts of the vinyl siding started bowing and getting wavy. So on 6/11/23 we called Mighty Dog about siding falling off and soffit that was bowing, which they did fix those issues, but left us hanging with no resolution on the bowing siding. Called Jasmine at the local office (865-228-4547) then got it touch with the GM **** ******** and he would send someone out Sat 6/22 to fix the issues.

    On Sat 6/22 the repair guy from Mighty Dog said the old cedar siding was sticking out 1' to 2'' in certain areas and that was causing the bowing. The repair guy said he would tell troy and mighty dog on resolving those issues. Called the main office (865-413-8442) later on 6/22 and got in touch with *** and he said Mighty dog would resolve those issues under warranty.

    Weeks pass of calling back and forth with main office and local office Mighty Dog. Then no called backs at all between 6/29 - July 8th until I called on July 8th and explain my issues again. Which the Mighty rep promised to call me again on 7/9/23.

    All I am wanting is Mighty Dog GM to call back to me and resolve this issue I am having.
