    Terrible design service and pricing. They charged me for inferior design work that I could have done myself. They kept *** of my **** deposit and were going to charge me **** for a window decal. The check they said they mailed never came so I went to the store 2 hours away to get my refund. When I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction with their design and refund amount, they got very aggressive and demanded I leave their store.

    Craig---we appreciate all reviews, negative or positive as it does help us in the betterment of serving our clients. However, we would only ask that the reviews given are at the very least, honest. Your review has some major missing components and several statements that are false.
    You visited our shop and inquired about a printed graphic for the rear window of your truck and showed us examples you like on your phone from an online source. I personally explained to you that we could do something very similar and even custom, but could not use exactly what you were showing me because it was very low resolution. You seemed to understand that, were given a quote and you paid a deposit. You were sent a total of 7 different designs that were all custom made by our design staff. Again, SEVEN different designs were sent to you. As a policy, we don't issue refunds once the design process has started, however we gave special consideration to you considering you shared your health battles with us. So, we decided it was the right thing to do. We explained to you we would refund your deposit, minus minor art charges. Our accounting department promptly put a check in the mail the very next day. You called our shop 2 days later inquiring as to the whereabouts of the check, we reiterated that it was sent. The next day you entered our shop in a very rude manner complaining the check hadn't arrived. We have ZERO control over the postal service. To continue the high level of customer service we offered to give you the check in person and we would just put a stop payment on the one that was sent. Even that didn't satisfy you, as you became extremely rude, started shouting and was extremely belligerent with our FEMALE staff. As you were being handed your check, you were asked to leave our store. We do NOT tolerate clients coming into our store and treating our staff with disrespect. In fact, you should be entirely ashamed in how you conducted yourself.
