    In February/March 2024 solar 1 USA came out and gave us a quote to make our panels operational. On April 11, 2024 we paid $2551.50 we were quoted that it would take 2/3 months as they needed to wait on parts from Generac. After several reschedulings we finally had a small crew come out and state they didn’t have everything they needed. After several more reschedulings and communication with their tech Jason on 5/5/24 we found through a reverse Google image search that he lied to us about traffic and why he wasn’t able to Come and install the part to fix our panels. We contacted the company and they rescheduled for May 17,2024 with a tech named Mike. Mike installed the part and was unable to check to see if everything was working due to internet cable being cut. June rep Max informed us they were waiting on a crew from Dallas NC to get cell service before they could schedule. I threatened legal action on July 3,2024. Max promised tech Thomas would be at my home on July 4th, he diagnosed a new issue of it being the inverter. July 15 it was confirmed by Glenn that the inverter is bad. September 8 Max confirmed they received the new inverter from Generac. Sometime before 9/26 Glenn came by and installed the inverter, we were not made aware until I reached out to max. He informed us that the VOC wouldn’t drop to safe levels to commission. We have now been waiting for Glenn to come back out and fix the VOC. I have contacted numerous times for updates and have been met with excuse after excuse why they can’t come out to finish.
