    Resort Advisors Inc. colluded with Excursions of Branson MO. and charged me ********** for services they claim would guarantee me an exit from a Timeshare contract my wife and I owned. They did nothing to follow-up on that pledge and I ultimately wrote a letter and gained an exit from my Timeshare on my own. Their business promises and practices were fraudulent as was the claim of performing work on my behalf.

    *******I am in receipt of Mr* ***********s dispute and offer the
    following.  Mr. ********** was referred
    to our office to get out of his Capital timeshare in November 2022. Mr.
    ********** returned our signed documents and paid the $1700.00 file fee on
    January 30, 2023. Mr* ********** did not pay Resort Advisors $10,995.00. We
    started work on Mr* ***********s Capital timeshare as of January 30, 2023 and
    this is the first time we are hearing of any dissatisfaction.


    Mr. ********** was assigned to Kim to assist him with the
    process. He has spoken to Kim a number of times, returned his questionnaire,
    and his case has been progressing as it should. Mr. *********x is stating in
    this complaint that his Capital timeshare has been completed so we have
    fulfilled what we were contracted to do.


    We would be happy to speak to Mr. T********* further if he
    would like to call our office at 8************

    Mr* ***********s claims are absolutely untrue.  Resort Advisors is a 3rd party
    deed and title transfer company located in Knoxville, TN.  We have no employees in Branson, Missouri. I
    cannot speak on another Companies' behalf or what took place with another
    contract. I cannot offer a refund of monies that were not paid to Resort
    Advisors. We charge $1700 for all Capital timeshare cancellations and there
    will not be a refund of this fee as we did what we were contracted to do and
    Mr. ********** *s out of his Capital timeshare.

    So, what do u do? Do report a finding of fact based on parties response? Just trying to figure out what is BBB role when complainant send a complaint? I understand your non-enforcement position. But, exactly what benefit do you provide to a complaint filer?
