    Mr Thomason blatantly lied about time share settlement services. Paid $9000 and did not receive any service even close to his promised assistance and outcome. Only received a couple of poorly written firm letters

    ******* ****** was successfully exited from his contract from his timeshare in December of 2020 as agreed upon in his contract.  I will not be providing a refund because the contract was correctly completed..  I have no idea he would try to get a refund 3 years after he no longer owns his property..

    We signed a contract with this company for them to get us out of our timeshare. We paid them $3500. We signed the contract 8/24/21. The lady I have been talking to has gotten a little bit of an attitude with me a couple of times because I’ve asked what’s taking so long and mentioned the refund to her. In the paperwork it states that if it takes longer than 12 months they will give us a refund. Now they are saying they “believe” our timeshare has been canceled but they can’t provide documentation of it because reaching out could cause the company to ask for renegotiation on this account. We just want our money back. It’s been a year and 8 months. I attached a highlighted copy of the page that states they’ll give us a refund.

    I have spoken with the client and she knows that the contract was completed.  She was just unaware that all had been completed and her timeshare was canceled.

    I apologize for not getting back right away. I have been dealing with some personal things. I spoke with Mr ******** about this and he said that the timeshare was canceled. However I still have not received any proof of this. He said I was supposed to receive a letter, and I have not.
