    My husband and I purchased wheels and tires. Paid half up front for the custom wheels. After 2 weeks (9-13-22)arrived to have the wheels and tires installed. After returning home and inspecting them every rim was damaged during installation. When contacting the store we were told to drive it back there and they would fix the issue. stated he noticed one was damaged but didn't sat anything to us and continued to install them.. sent us across town to a wheels repair guy. The repair guy also stated they were damaged with an impact during installation. He couldn't repair them any attempt on his part would make them look worse. then contacts str claiming the wheels were damaged on their end. They refuse it and now we can not get a return phone call or anything. Spent $3,127 on custom wheels and tires and the wheels look awful. We call and get put on hold, told he's busy and will not return a call. Wee arre trying to avoid having to take further action but can't seem to speak with anyone about the situation

    Customer came into store and ordered wheels on 8/26/22 and returned on 9/13/22 to have them installed. Customer contacted us on 9/16/22 with a complaint about damage around the lug holes of the wheels. He returned for us to inspect the wheels that day. We referred him to a refinisher who contacted us and declined the job. We contacted the wheel manufacturer and spoke to them about the damage and they informed us that this particular wheel is not offered with the correct lug pattern which means they had to custom drill the wheel and then they painted and touched the wheel up afterward. The paint used to touch the wheels up is not powder like the rest of the wheel and therefore very easily damaged. The wheels were sold at a price of $1360 for the set of 4, and we offered a refund of $400 which is about 30% and he could keep the tires and wheels, and the customer refused. The customer stated that he wanted no less than $680 to be refunded. We then offered him a full refund of the entire invoice price of $3127 for tires, wheels, TPMS and labor including alignment. At this point he still refused and said he did not have the money to put a tire on his damaged OEM wheels and could not return the merchandise. We then offered to give him a used tire at no charge to help get his stock wheels back on the vehicle and would be able to refund with the return of merchandise and he said he would contact us the next day with the tire size. The following morning he contacted us again to tell us he would be keeping the wheels and would take the refund of $400. He then told us he would send someone to pick up the money, which was given in the form of a check on 9/21/22.
