Admiral Title had my contract nearly 30 days, did not reach out to me until the last 7 days to contract closing day. I requested their fees and all other expenses in what I know as a "Net Sheet" or Hud closing statement. They played semantics claiming they do not give out "Net sheets" but will provide their expenses along with other expenses only within 2 days of closing. I was promised their expenses by Friday, today the following Monday, no email. I called at 9 am to again, politely requested assistance from another company representative, as their staff member Mr G failed in 5 days to deliver such a simple request. By 1 pm today, I never received a call back so I called them. I was eventually transferred to a VP, apparently they have many, a man named Tom who introduced himself as a owner. Well, Tom wasn't able to help and in fact made matters worst. His demeanor was arrogant, rude, abrupt, condescending. He reiterated how they "DO NOT GIVE NET SHEETS" but would provide their expenses along with other expenses, known as HUD statement. He said, this is what I do for a living, you don't!. do you own a title company? most unprofessional title company ever in my 20 years as a real estate investor with over 200 personal property purchases. They failed to even provide a simple closing statement. I was able to find another company much more professional and provided what I asked for immediately. Escrow will close soon and I'll update how Admiral did working to close with another company. Praying professionalism shows up somewhere at Admiral Title of Knoxville, TN Sincerely,

It was really stressful dealing with this company for a closing. We have closed on several houses and never had issues until dealing with Admiral Title Company. Their staff gave incorrect info repeatedly. There was no continuity among the departments of Admiral. One staff member incorrectly tried to send us to the Courthouse to file a survey we obtained for title insurance. We were sent two closing statements with different amounts to pay on the morning of the early afternoon closing. Realtors try to push using this company but for us, as Buyers, it was not a good experience.
