    I wish I could give negative stars! My family and I just moved to the area this summer, in which we enjoyed the refreshing hospitality of everyone we have crossed paths with. We were out of state (Nevada) over this past weekend, leaving my teenagers home since they didn't want to join. When my newly 18 year old son and 13 year old daughter decided to take a trip to the mall for food, experienced a flat tire that shredded along the highway (I40 and just before Gallagher) and forced them to pull over, not being able to make it to an exit safely. My son called us and we quickly sent a claim through geico to send help. This was around 6:30p when Cedar Bluff towing took the call to respond. Around 8pm my son called and asked if someone was still coming, we called geico for a follow up and they contacted Cedar Bluff and was told 10 mins until arrival. We updated our son and around 10:40 he calls us back to say the driver called him and told him he was taking another call. I frantically had my son give me the number to call him to understand why. When the gentleman (Josh) answered I asked if he was going to help my son and he proceeded to say what had happened with another job and I cut him off and asked for him to be honest if he was going to help, mind you my kids have been on the side of the highway since 6:30p, he tells me he's not going to help with that attitude and he could cancel the call and make us wait even longer, I asked him if that was the type of person he was to leave someone's kids helpless and he hung up. Josh eventually showed up to my son and told him that he could help but wasn't going to because of my call and left my children on the side of the highway. This is who we're relying on to come to our rescue? I understand companies get busy but 5 hours before anyone shows up and then for him to still leave them stranded because of a concerned parent call. Get out of your feelings and do your job! Very disappointed in this company
