      Towing company towed my car from an area I was permitted to park in. When I explained that the tag allowing me to park there must have fallen off they still insisted that I must pay to get back my car even if though I could prove that I was allowed to park there.

      my car was towed from an apartment complex, they claim it was towed from the front of my car however pulled into the space where the front of my car was facing the sidewalk and apartment building making this impossible. it then received damage to the exhaust stated and fixed by the dealership of my car. The driver, ******, is responsible for the damages to my car and needs to be held accountable for such. they also do not tell you til you are stranded at their business it is an absurd amount of cash and vandalize your vehicle with a kind of paint that does not come off with anything but acetone

      This place towed my car unlawfully and helped themselves to the contents of the vehicle. They are required to have a hearing that they never had. I went to retrieve the car they said they had to wait on paperwork that took them 22 days to get. When they did get the paperwork they said I still owed for all the days they had it in storage over $1,600 dollars they're inventory of my car showed only a backpack and I'm a tourist from Florida my car has computer cell phones wallets clothes tools and money in it as well as electronics. They even said the car is a different color than it actually is and listed damage that wasn't there.

      Dan's Advantage Towing & Recovery worked on my truck and damaged the engine block beyond repair.
      By the time I was able to get the damage evaluated by a real mechanic, I had paid them over $1800. and had hotel bills over another $1000. Before I had to fly out of Knoxville- home, without my truck, I had spent over $5000. and was left with a truck with a cracked block.
      I was in a hotel for over 10 days before I realized they had destroyed my only source of income. I have lost 10's of thousands of dollars while my truck is down and THEY DON'T CARE.
      Dan's Advantage & Towing WON'T RETURN MY CALLS or acknowledge these atrocities. Don't they have insurance?
      They assured me that they were qualified to do the work and they weren't and I'm out of business. I'm also looking for an attorney to work on contingency to get me back on the road.
