    We had parked in a parking lot, came back to our cars towed. There was 1 sign in the entire parking lot not near where we parked nor walked. They charged us 500$ we had to uber to the tow shop, which was 30$. Then tell us it’s cash only, when there are literal functional card readers in front of us. But no… instead they had us walk in the down pouring rain to a gas station about 1/8 mile away. WHICH WAS FINE. I had walked there but I could only get 80$ out of the atm at the gas station before it said outbid service. We walked back and they did not care, they left for another tow pick up, so we had walked miles in the rain to the next gas station, and I got the 480$ out of the 500$ they needed. Luckily another person had a 20 to pay for it. I had money to pay it for m card and could have been a simple transaction and could have been on our way. They treated us very poorly and extremely disrespectful. Also laws had been violated and will be delt with in the future. Our proof is undeniable. This company does not even deserve one star.
