    Budget Transmission kept our Ford Expedition for over a week replacing our transmission. After I picked it up and parked it, it was smoking and leaking. I took it back the same day, they spent the rest of the day “fixing” it. Picked it back up and it was still leaking. I have taken it back now 6 times for the same issue. Each time they say they have replaced parts and fixed the issue. It’s still leaking. They are either incompetent or lying about fixing the issue.

    I purchased a vehicle from them roughly 2 weeks ago. The vehicle now needs a new transmission because it is bad. Transmissions do not standardly go bad within a 2 week time frame. Owner of this business informed me that the only thing he could do is SELL me a new transmission and stated that "he frankly does not care if you are having transmission issues, you should have inspected the vehicle better." My mistake for trusting a transmission company to not sell me a vehicle with a bad transmission. This is completely unethical and bad business.
