    I first spoke with Cody ********* of Ol Tree Dog on May 3, 2023 via phone. He said he would stop by my house to look at the landscaping job.

    He stopped by later that day and we discussed the landscaping work to be done.

    On May 5, 2023 he texted that he needed half the amount in advance. I gave him a personal check for $1000.

    He said he would be back the next Monday to finish the job.

    He did not show up the following Monday. I called him and he said he was busy and would call me back. He never called.

    I texted him 5 times over four days and he never replied.

    I also tried to call him on phone a couple times but he did not answer.

    I paid him part of the money up front and he never did any of the work. Nor did he respond to my efforts to contact him.

    I have all the texts and the cancelled check.

    I would like my $1000 refunded.

    It started 11/03/2022 with estimate to trim 1 tree and cleanup, 1 tree removal with cleanup. After 3 visits the job is still not complete, I trusted him to return when he requested to be paid the Invoice. I did paid the Invoice on 11/16/2022. I have been unable to resolve the issues as he has not responded to me since 11/29/2022 I also mailed a letter requesting resolution and I still have not had a response. He advertised he was licensed and insured. He never completed the job, leaving a portion of the large tree cut and laying on my property. He also caused damage to my driveway breaking the concrete stating, " I will get it taken care of, sorry about that" on 11/29/2022. I have all conversation,lnvoice,check and pictures to attach.

    We came in and repaired the driveway that was a issue and also cleaned up the last part of the tree from the job on 1/9/23
