      I hired Barbosa Landscaping to clean up some storm damage and additional tree removal in March 2024. We agreed to have 34 trees removed, all material to be taken off site and stumps ground in less that 2 weeks. It has been 5 months and I still have a tree scattered all over my front lawn and a massive tree that will require specialized equipment is in my neighbors lawn (they destroyed my neighbors forested area without permission), I also have 6 dump trucks of mulched material scattered all over my property and my neighbors. I have been told repeatedly that they will come tomorrow or this weekend or next week and nothing for 3 months. The job was supposed to be completed within 2 weeks. He's always broke and asking for more money. I didn't mind to pay the very high price because I was supposed to be left in much better condition unfortunately if they refuse to complete the job I will have to pay someone else again! I have already had to pay $1,500 for the stump grinding and $1,000 for equipment rental to gather all of the mulched material into piles as it was everywhere taking me over the initial $19,000 we agreed on. He won't finish the job without additional payment.

      **** Barbosa came to my house to give an estimate on removing a few trees from my yard on August 30th. He told me he would be by the next day to remove my. Todays date is September 14 and the work has not been completed. I called and text with Mr. ******* multiple times and he kept promising me and assuring me that he would be by the following day but it never happened. Six times this happened. A few times he told me that since my trees weren't that big that he wouldn't make a lot of money off of me so he would reschedule only to never show up. SIX times this happened. If he does this to me I'm sure he's doing it to others. Very unprofessional.
