    I used Hancock for tree removal two years ago and there work was good. Called them again for hedge and tree trimming and was disappointed with the job. Would not recommend them for any work that you expect to look good. Clean up was not what you would expect.

    They were hired to cut trees down at my home. They did estimate and showed up as promised. They damaged the side of my home while removing tree. Their estimate showed no damage before hand and the initial walk around before they started didn't note any damage either. They didn't notify anyone of damage before they left after they cut the trees. ( I was out of town with a medical emergency when they did the work). My teenage son was home and heard a bang and noted a picture fell from wall. The interior wall cracked inwards from impact as well. When my older son arrived home from work he was looking at their work he noticed the side of the house was damaged. I called them the following day and left a voicemail asking for a return call. When they called me they said we didn't damage the side of your house. I hadn't told them what the call was about yet. They did come out and meet with my dad and told him a story about what they think happened. Their story made no sense. I have tried to schedule a meeting for 3 weeks. They deny damage and haven't followed up. Very disappointing. We chose them because they are licensed and insured. I would avoid them. Unprofessional
