    I ordered a dishwasher for my elderly parents for Christmas from home depot and Temco logistics was in charge of the delivery. Unfortunately, they were 5 hours late and then when they showed up they refused to bring the dishwasher inside and haul away the old one even though we had paid for those services. What is more, the delivery guys started cursing at my mother who is very religious and marked her dishwasher as delivered but then drove off with it, refusing to leave it. When we contacted Home Depot and the Knoxville branch of temco, we were told that the drivers told them that my mother had been hostile and cursing them. Thankfully we have a witness that says otherwise. But overall, the fact that they treated my mom like that is very upsetting and it’s also upsetting that they essentially stole our dishwasher because they marked it delivered but drove off with it. It left my mother feeling like she had been scammed. We did get a refund from homedepot because Temco refused to bring that dishwasher back. I will say I have put a complaint in with Temco corporate and they have been very responsive and nice. I spoke to a rep named Jessie from their Las Vegas location who quickly sent this matter to their HR department. I haven’t heard what the resolution is yet though.
